What’s your story? I come from a creative background and discovered yoga whilst studying at Architecture school. Yoga has brought so much to me and my life and I became inspired to give back everything that yoga had given me. Since graduating, I went on to train for my 200hr Yoga Alliance qualification and have loved teaching ever since!

How would you describe your style of teaching? I’ve been fortunate enough to have had exposure and inspiration from a variety of yoga teachers and styles. My main passion lies in Vinyasa Flow, but I also teach a range of styles, including Ashtanga, Power, Restorative and Hatha yoga.

What are your classes like? I like a good flow, I like a good bit of fun, I like a good tune, I like a good challenge, I like a good get the idea!

Best advice you were ever given in yoga? Breathe…and bend your knees!
